If you are not happy with our products you can return the products within the next 2 days after you receive your order. We will pay your money back through online transactions directly to your account with shipping costs included.
Refunds will be made to the payment facility you used to make the payment for your product, i.e. the payment gateway will transfer the amount back directly to your card or bank account. If you prefer, we can also issue a voucher that you can redeem on future purchases instead of making a refund.
If by any chance you change your mind after making payment and decide to cancel the order, contact our customer support executive as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been fully processed i.e, packed and shipped, we will refund your full amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your bank account as soon as possible. And if your order has already been shipped then please refer to our returns policy.
