Return Policy
As we are primarily selling healthcare products only, we are reluctant to accept returns. However, we are aware of the fact that there are some extraordinary situations where returns are unavoidable. Therefore, we accept returns in the following situations only:

You have 2 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for returning an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

If you have attempted to cancel your order by contacting our customer services soon after you have placed your order, but due to the parcel having already been shipped a cancellation wasn’t possible. In that situation, you should not accept the parcel, and ask the courier company to send the parcel back to us. We will then refund the price of the product whereas you will be responsible for paying the shipping price both ways.

If for some reason, an item in your order has been damaged, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. And if the courier company is responsible for the damage, you must raise a claim with the courier company. If you think the problem was caused by us, you should contact our customer service executive as soon as possible after becoming aware of the damaged product issue. In such cases, we may require you to send the received item back. You will receive a full refund or replacement for the damaged/spoilt item and we will pay the shipping charges.

It is important that you contact our customer services wing before returning the product(s) so that we are aware that a parcel will be returning and for what reason.
